The SCB-R9000-Series Ultegra™ Bench Scale supports two serial protocols. See appendix A of the user manual (attached below) for instructions how to set the protocol.
Output 1 protocol (Out 1).
Serial communication settings (Output 1 protocol)
Set the port to the PC serial port to which the scale is connected.
Parsing settings (Output 1 protocol)
