ERP-Scale generates two types of activation emails:
- Emails generated during the activation process
These alerts are sent if an error occurs when ERP-Scale is attempting to activate the licence. Each alert refers to a single licence. These alerts can be sent repeatedly.
- Proactive activation alerts sent monthly by Pocket Programs
This alerts are sent once a month and refer to all licences with activation issues registered to the email address.
