If ERP-Scale is not functioning correctly, you can enable logging. You can either log to the windows event log, or to a log-file. We advise the latter as it is then easier to send us a copy of the file.
Start the ERP-Scale configuration utility, and connect to your server.
On the event-logging tab, select the messages you want to log:
On the log-file tab, activate logging and enter a directory:
Click “Update” to save your settings, and “Restart” the server.
After the server has been running for about 5 minutes, you should see that a log file has been created in the directory entered.
