Pocket Programs sends licence activation alerts every month. The alert email refers to all licences registered to the email address where the licence has an activation issue.
Licence alerts are only sent for licences covered by a current maintenance contract.
Activation alerts can be disabled for a licence in our Licence Portal.
To disable activation alerts for a licence, follow these steps:
- If you do not already have an account for the affected email address, register here: Pocket Programs licence portal – Register account
- Access your My Licences page: https://portal.pocketprograms.com/Licences
- Disable activation alerts for the licence:
- Save your changes.
