What?
In January 2020 the URL of our activation server for ERP-Scale PQS will change. The new URL for activation for ERP-Scale PQS is: https://act-us.pocketprograms.com/getlicences.asmx
Why?
We are separating our web hosts to allow critical services to be duplicated in order to ensure reliable service.
When?
Not before 10th January 2020.
What will be affected?
Installations of ERP-Scale PQS will no longer be able to be reactivated and will cease to return values to SAP. The links for activation via a web browser will also fail.
What do we do?
If you already have ERP-Scale PQS V4.0.1 installed, you can either:
- Update your installation of ERP-Scale PQS to V4.0.1 build 19309
This is the preferred option as you will be running the latest release and the links for activation via a web browser will also be updated. - Update your activation relay to V4.0.1 build 19309
Only use this option if it is not practical to update your installation of ERP-Scale PQS. You can also install the activation relay on a separate host and access it from ERP-Scale PQS.
If you have ERP-Scale PQS V4.0.0 or earlier installed and you have had a valid maintenance agreement for the past 24 months:
- Update your installation of ERP-Scale PQS to V4.0.1 build 19309
If your ERP-Scale licences are not valid for ERP-Scale V4.0.1, please contact our sales team.
Note: ERP-Scale PSE is not affected by this change.
